The portal below is for the express use of those veterans who have already filled out the Initial Application, received their Personal Access Code, and have received a letter from Honor Flight Tri-State with a confirmation of their flight date.

This is an 18-hour day on various modes of transportation. You will be outside most of the day. You MUST be able to climb the 6 steps on & off the bus 14 times and walk down the aisle of the bus and the airplane.
No oxygen tanks may be brought on the plane! If you require supplemental oxygen during the day, you will need a Portable Oxygen Concentrator. Be sure your device is fully charged AND you have extra batteries.
Once in your account, you can update any personal information on the "Info" to the left. You will need to go to the "Flight Waivers" column to the right, open it, and consent, sign, and then submit.
